We decided VERY last minute (like 930 that morning) that we wanted to rent a boat and go to Crab Island.  They didn't have any of pontoon with slides but were able to snag us their last normal pontoon with a departure time of 230pm. It was tricky to find their address and parking-- there's a little side street just past the bistro that you go down. But once we got there, it was smooth sailing and we were actually able to depart early... and didn't have to return early. The staff were helpful, efficient and clearly knew what they were doing.
